Trails
The park’s 12 miles of easy footpaths give hikers a chance to see some 250 species of wildflowers and grasses. The Buffalo River bisects the park and is the center of most activity.
Camping
The 44-site campground can be busy during the summer, so reservations are a good idea. A large primitive group camp is located downriver, close to the park’s entrance.
Winter
No groomed trails exist, but snowshoeing is permitted throughout the park.
