Kato Bike Fall Fest is a celebration of cycling and autumn beauty in the Greater Mankato area. with rides starting and ending at Mount Kato. Riders can choose from a variety of scenic paved and gravel routes from a relaxed 12.4‑mile Minneopa Loop that takes you to a waterfall and historic shelter, to longer 37.2‑mile and 38.7‑mile loops that explore trails, rural roads, and rolling terrain south toward Good Thunder, as well as an 11.4‑mile gravel Red Jacket Loop for riders looking to try something a little more adventurous. Along the way, rest stops and local highlights offer a chance to refuel and enjoy regional flavors, and everyone who finishes is greeted back at Mount Kato with treats and a festival atmosphere. More than just a ride, the event is part of a weekend‑long autumn tradition celebrating Minnesota’s vibrant bike culture, with something fun for riders of all ages and styles.
