SUMMARY:Heck of the North
DESCRIPTION:The Heck of the North Gravel Classic is a storied fall gravel cycling event in Two Harbors\, Minnesota\, known for testing riders with rugged terrain and scenic North Shore backroads. It offers multiple distance options\,  typically a 105‑mile challenge\, a 56‑mile mid‑distance\, and a 19‑mile course\,  giving both seasoned gravel racers and adventurous newcomers a chance to experience its unique mix of gravel\, two‑track\, and natural trail sections. The route winds through remote stretches with limited services\, so self‑reliance is key. The event’s loyal following and rugged character have made it a classic highlight of the region’s gravel season.
