Although small with little hiking opportunities, I discovered John A. Latsch State Park is still worth a visit. Challenge yourself to a 500+ step climb up the bluff (not for the faint of heart) for a gorgeous view of the Mississippi River, Wisconsin and Highway 61, which leads south into Winona. Stay overnight in the campground, which offers a latrine and water.
