www.diabetes.org/twincitiestourdecure
Our magnificent metropolitan tour features the best of Minneapolis and St. Paul, from lakes to rivers, skyscrapers to stadiums, downtown to uptown, and everything in between.
Riders enjoy the route variety – from quiet suburban park trails to busy commuter bike lanes. Rest stops at scenic venues like Lake Harriet and the Stone Arch Bridge provide amazing backdrops for necessary refueling.
Choose from our 7 mile River Ride, 27 mile Scenic Sampler, 45 mile Ultimate Urban Tour, 62 mile Wild West Ride (100 km metric century), or our newest edition, a 100 mile Urban Century Ride. With a route for cyclists of every age and ability, Tour de Cure meets the needs of avid road cyclists, casual family riders, and everyone in between. Ride like a pro with full SAG, medical, mechanical, and radio support.
Cross the finish and enjoy the festivities! There’s lunch, live music, massages, and more; the only thing missing is YOU!
Do you have diabetes?
Riders with diabetes can choose to be recognized as “Red Riders” and receive VIP treatment, including a free Red Rider cycling jersey! Tour day will be the one day you look forward to all year; it’s the day you feel just like everyone else, the day you realize you are not alone, the day you are celebrated for living bravely with diabetes, the day you show the world that you ride to thrive.
Tour de Cure is more than just a ride; it's an experience. We’re changing the pace of diabetes and we’re having a blast while we do it. Come see why our motto is: Ride. Party. Stop Diabetes.
