The NightOwl Classic is a non-competitive bike ride along the Mississippi River at dusk. The ride will start at the state capital in St. Paul and tour some of the Twin Cities’ most well known landmarks along the river, all with the back drop of the twinkling skyline. A portion of the proceeds from the event go to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities and the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board
