Join about 600 other cyclists on the 30th annual Headwaters 100 bike ride Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010, beginning in Park Rapids, MN. Choose from routes of 45, 75 or 100 miles on scenice, rural roads that go through the heart of the lake country, with the final miles along the forested Heartland Trail in its autumn glory. The 75 and 100-mile routes include 22 miles through Itasca State Park, headwaters of the Mississippi River. The ride is fully-supported and includes rest stops with beverages and food.
