It's off to the 47th season of Nisswa Turtle Races !  Races start at 2 p.m. each Wednesday, June 9 - Aug. 18, at the official turtle racing track behind the Nisswa Chamber of Commerce building located downtown, right next to the Paul Bunyan Trail! Registration begins at 1 p.m., this event draws a huge crowd so be sure to get there early!

Turtle vendors provide turtles to entrants who pay a nominal registration fee to enter the races. Awards are given out for the grand champion turtle race, resort race, tiny tots race, out of state race, local race and grandparents race.
