Biking

All routes are fully supported with rest stops and SAG support and are a combination of trail and hard surface county roads on relatively flat terrain. 
Tour de Tush - Twin Cities is a 25 mile bike ride that happens alongside Get Your Rear in Gear - Twin Cities, a 5k run/walk, to bring awareness to colon cancer and raise funds to support colon cancer screening, awareness and related services.  
The ALS Bike Trek MN is a family oriented charity bike ride created to raise awareness of ALS and funding toward an effective treatment. There are 3 ride options varying in length from 14 to 52 miles.

The Salsa Oremageddon mountain bike race has varying levels of difficulty with intense twists, turns and vertical climbs on the Cuyuna red dirt singletrack. Distances: 12, 25 and 50 miles  
Easy,paved trail ride around beautiful Lake Bemidji, features a rolling start time, food, music, and activities at rest stations along the way. Registration includes food, music, and photo ops on a scenic route. Paperregistrations and same day registrations available for an additional fee. Distance: 17 miles  
This is a loop ride through the scenic Brainerd Lakes area starting at Crosby/Ironton High School. Registration includes: route choices of 35 or 65 miles. T-shirt, route maps, rest stops and SAG provided.  
This bicycle tour celebrates the Mississippi River Trail Bikeway (MRT). On our departure morning we will dip our tires at the headwaters, and follow it all the way to LaCrosse, WI for a paddleboat cruise and sunset return trip on the Amtrak Empire Builder.  Distances: ~50 miles per day

Ride the Ridges will take riders through some of the most scenic areas in Southeastern Minnesota, from lush valleys along streams to bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River. Four routes, ranging from short to a century. Each route has hills and valleys and spectacular views.
